Working in painted clay, resin and digital prints I make sculpture that reflects my background in fine art which I mix with my experience in commercial model making and stop frame animation.
I am driven by a desire to tell stories, exploring the images that arise from the unconscious. Drawing inspiration from a long term fascination with anatomy, psychology, dreams and folktales I make work that reflects my personal experience and points towards a shared language that is often felt rather than understood intellectually.
