Fruit Salad is a fun, slow fashion & Textile maker from Bristol, creating colourful sustainable fashion & textile pieces with aim to reduce waste.

The reworked fashion collection is created entirely from pre-loved fabrics and clothing. The pre-loved fabrics are sourced from charity shops, car boot sales & donations from friends, with an aim to save wasted fabrics from landfill.

Fruit Salad’s designer & maker Emma Gorton-Ellicott creates her own sustainable patchwork fabric using Fruit Salad’s fabric remnants (leftover from the sustainable fashion collections). This fabric is then re-used in the REWORK fashion collections and textile pieces.

The Fruit Salad sustainable REWORK fashion collection currently includes sweatshirts, trousers, shorts, vests, T-shirts and organic t-shirts Each REWORK item is unique, fully sustainable and handmade here in Easton, Bristol at Garage Studios.

Fruit Salad also reuses & repurposes fabric remnants to create sustainable face pads (to help bring an end to ‘use once’ products), textured clothing patches & unique textile art pieces.

Fruit Salad aims to reduce fashion and textile waste and encourage sustainability to help save the planet.
